Hey all, I'm Julia. I am a Graphic Designer and Photographer. I've always been passionate about art. Photography is, by far, what I'm most passionate about. When I first picked up a camera, my freshman year of high school, I instantaneously knew that it would be something I could see myself doing for a long time. I forget about everything else around me when taking a picture. The best part about it all, is that the craft and creation that goes into being a photographer can have risks.
While attending Edinboro University, I received my BA in Sociology, a Minor in General Art and took quite a few Art History courses. Shortly after graduating, I went back to school at Pittsburgh Technical Institute, to receive my degree in Graphic Design.
I have gained quite a collection of skills from a number of projects that include: package design, typography, page layout, invitations, newsletters, corporate branding, standards manuals, billboard design, magazine spreads, market mail pieces, die-cut design pieces, public service awareness ads and informational design pieces, photography, digital retouching and digital imaging.
